Amanda has recently joined the firm as a law clerk while she completes her final semester of law school at the University of Illinois College of Law. Amanda has previous experience as a law clerk within a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights firm, as well as in the General Counsel’s office of a non-profit professional sports organization.
At the College of Law, Amanda has been active in numerous events and student organizations. She served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Vice President of the Corporate and Business Law Association, and as a peer advisor to new College of Law students. She further participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic as a 711 student-attorney, and reached the semi-final round of the College’s ABA Client Counseling Competition. Amanda is also a professor’s assistant, aiding in research and writing on corporate ethics and compliance for publications and a forthcoming legal text.
Prior to law school, Amanda attended the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor. She graduated in 2014 with an International Studies degree concentrated on Political Economy and Development. Amanda was a club athlete on Michigan’s Equestrian Team, and still enjoys cheering on the Wolverines in football and basketball.
