Kasey Ewald is an associate attorney whose practice primarily focuses on toxic torts.
Before joining Hart McLaughlin and Eldridge, Kasey worked in anti-counterfeiting and trademark prosecution where she represented many notable brands and was able to gain valuable courtroom and case management experience.
Kasey graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2021. She attended school in the evenings while working full-time as a law clerk handling family, employment, and workers compensation matters. During her time as a law clerk, Kasey spent countless hours researching, preparing pleadings, and assisting with trial preparation.
Kasey is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and serves as a Vice Chair in the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyer Society.
