Federal civil rights lawsuit filed after Chicago police officer shot 13-year-old boy, paralyzing him

Steven Hart, Brian Eldridge, and Carter Grant represent A.G. in an excessive force, unjustified shooting case against the City of Chicago and Officer Noah Ball. A.G. was unarmed when he was shot by Officer Ball, tragically leaving him paralyzed.
