HME Challenges CPD Stop-and-Frisk Violations

A federal court granted class certification in a civil rights class action case brought by Steven Hart and Brian Eldridge against the City of Chicago and its Police Department for unconstitutional stop-and-frisk targeting of Black and Hispanic communities. The case resulted in the City of Chicago making landmark policy changes designed to ensure constitutional policing.
