HME Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit against Speedway and Race Car Driver

Robert McLaughlin filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jacksonville Speedway and race car driver Jeffrey Beasley, alleging willful and wanton misconduct in failing to install adequate safety barriers around the track and failure to inspect and maintain the brakes and throttle system on the race car, misconduct which contributed to cause HME's client's fatal injuries.
