Darby Bricker
Associate Attorney

Darby is an attorney who currently focuses her practice on complex civil matters, including toxic tort, and personal injury litigation. She personally manages every phase of the litigation process, from the initial investigation, through discovery, and to resolution. She understands that each case requires a careful analysis and a unique strategy and strives to deliver the best results for her clients. Darby has been admitted to practice law in a number of jurisdictions and actively practices in each of them.

Darby earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she worked as a Student Clinician in Loyola’s Business Law Clinic, before joining the firm in 2023. While attending she worked as a Judicial Extern in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Prior to attending law school, Darby attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and earned undergraduate degrees in Marketing and International Business.

In her free time, Darby enjoys watching both good and bad reality television and hanging out with her cats, Molly and Buster.
