Elsa Krize

Elsa Krize joined HME in June of 2026, working on our general litigation and mass torts legal teams. Elsa’s professional background spans a variety of civil litigation types, including defective drug and medical device, auto accident, rideshare injury, and premises liability cases. She has provided litigation support in multiple jurisdictions, including various federal courts, and state courts in Minnesota and California.

Prior to joining HME, Elsa worked at firms representing clients in both the plaintiff and defense sides of litigation. Her background in support on both sides of civil litigation gives her a unique perspective and invaluable insight into the work she does for clients at HME.

Elsa is originally from Stillwater, Minnesota and is excited to call the Chicagoland area her new home! She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Legal Studies. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, cooking new recipes at home, golfing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
