Emily Johnson is the Operations Manager at Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge, where she has played a key role in streamlining firm operations since joining in early 2025.

Emily graduated from the University of Iowa with highest distinctions, earning a Bachelors in Communication Studies and a Minor in Event Planning. Focusing her studies on operational management and public relations, she developed a strong foundation in strategic communication and organizational management.

As Operations Manager, Emily drives operational excellence across the firm, refining processes and improving coordination. She brings a comprehensive skill set that includes strategic planning, business operations, marketing, public relations, social media management, and legal event planning. Emily applies this expertise to structure the firm, empower its members, and enable the team to provide precise, client-focused advocacy.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, discovering new restaurants and live music spots, traveling, and unwinding with lakefront runs and time with friends.
