Michael Vaia

Michael Vaia joined Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge in July of 2024 working on our general litigation team. Michael leverages over 4 years of litigation experience in a variety of practice areas, including medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home neglect and abuse, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, civil tort, commercial, and employment litigation. He has experience providing legal support in federal, Illinois state, and Indiana state courts.

Prior to his work with Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge, Michael has worked at some of Chicago’s most respected litigation firms, managing cases from the point of intake to trial. He Is known for having a strong work ethic, compassion for clients, and being results driven.

Michael is a Chicagoland native. Graduating from Elmhurst University in 2021, he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, working on cars and motorcycles, and spending quality time with friends and family.
