Brenan Salgado Associate

Brenan Salgado is a seasoned complex civil litigator that has represented product manufacturers, distributors, and government entities in civil rights, product liability, toxic tort, insurance defense, and personal injury cases in federal and state courts nationwide.
 
As national counsel for a Fortune 500 company, Brenan has held primary and sole responsibility over a product liability caseload of over 300 actively litigated asbestos, toxic tort, and pharmaceutical matters filed nationwide. He personally managed the investigation, pleading, discovery, deposition, court appearance, pre-trial, trial, and resolution and settlement stages in numerous matters in jurisdictions throughout the country. Brenan has also trained younger attorneys and led teams in various time-sensitive complex litigation endeavors.

Clients value Brenan’s results-oriented approach to his legal writing and oral advocacy, his ability to translate complex technical language and concepts into concise and compelling language, as well as his outstanding organizational and communication skills.
