Darby Bricker Associate

Darby is an attorney who currently focuses her practice on complex civil matters, including toxic torts, and personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining HME, Darby worked as a law clerk at a Chicago civil litigation defense firm where she gained valuable experience in all stages of litigation, assisting on complicated aerospace and aviation matters.

Darby earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She served as the Business Law Society’s Parliamentarian for two years and worked as a Student Clinician in Loyola’s Business Law Clinic. While attending, she worked as a Judicial Extern in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. She is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Indiana Bar Association.

Before attending law school, Darby attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and earned undergraduate degrees in Marketing and International Business.

In her free time, Darby enjoys watching both good and bad reality television and hanging out with her cat, Molly.
