Tayler concentrates her legal practice on personal injury and commercial litigation matters.
Before joining HME, Tayler gained substantial experience defending businesses and individuals in motor vehicle litigation, construction liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and premises liability cases. She personally managed every phase of the litigation process, from the initial investigation to the ultimate resolution of a claim.
While earning her degree at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Tayler served on the Executive Board of both the Business & Law Society and the Journal of Law and Social Equality. Tayler interned at a large litigation firm in Warsaw, Poland, affording her the opportunity to facilitate dispute resolutions between multimillion-dollar international companies. In her spare time, Tayler volunteered at the Protective Order Project where she assisted victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and harassment in obtaining civil protective orders from the court.
Tayler’s clients appreciate the empathy and sincerity with which she handles their unique cases, while remaining a fierce advocate on their behalf.
Tayler received an undergraduate degree in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of South Carolina Honors College. A midwestern girl at heart, Tayler is currently thriving in downtown Chicago, although she often misses the south from January to March.
