Joe Neill joined HME in 2025. He routinely works on high-exposure, high-profile, and complex litigation matters. He brings with him significant experience in a variety of practice areas for both plaintiffs and defendants, including personal injury & wrongful death, premises liability, construction, automotive & trucking, toxic tort, employment, insurance litigation, business litigation, and more. Joe has successfully tried bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts. He also has significant deposition experience, has successfully briefed and argued numerous dispositive motions, and has successfully participated in many mediations.
