Blake Stubbs is a dedicated attorney with extensive litigation and trial experience in courts across Illinois. His practice areas include civil rights, commercial law, consumer law, personal injury, landlord-tenant law, and securities law. He also works on complex multimillion-dollar antitrust class actions in federal courts.
Blake has tried criminal and civil cases in front of judges and juries. He is also well versed in pretrial motion practice, evidentiary hearings, and negotiating fair and favorable settlements.
Blake graduated from Drake University Law School in 2014. As a law student, he worked on and was published in the Drake Law Review. He also interned with the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2011.
Blake assists immigrants on a volunteer, pro bono basis. He also supports numerous local and national legal aid organizations.
