Brad Kupiec Associate

Bradley Kupiec is an attorney who maintains a diverse practice focused on civil rights matters, labor & employment, automotive, personal injury, and toxic tort cases.

Prior to joining HME as a full-time associate, Bradley worked at the firm as a Law Clerk during the summer of 2022 and throughout his final year of law school. As a law clerk Bradley gained substantial experience at all stages of litigation, working on personal injury, civil rights, and mass tort cases.

Bradley earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of 2023. During his time at Chicago-Kent, Bradley earned a certificate in Labor & Employment law, served as a student editor of the Illinois Public Employee Relations Report and was on the executive board of Chicago-Kent’s chapter of the Labor & Employment Law Society. During law school, Bradley also worked in CK’s Plaintiff’s Employment Law clinic, competed in Moot Court, and was a part of Chicago-Kent’s acclaimed trial advocacy program.

Before attending law school, Bradley received his undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from Eastern Illinois University in 2014 and spent four seasons as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Southern Professional Hockey League’s Peoria Rivermen. He currently resides in Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood with his fiancée Hannah and their cat, Houdini.
