John is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice in representing clients in wrongful death, civil rights, medical malpractice, sexual assault, and complex personal injury cases. Since graduating from law school, John has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. John has focused his practice on helping the injured, those who find themselves in the most desperate times of need and advocating for them vigorously.

John joined Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge as a trial lawyer after working at a well-respected personal injury firm in Chicago. John is known professionally for his tenacious work ethic, charisma, and writing skills. John has argued in State Court, Federal Court, as well as the United States 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
John comes from a family of Union workers and lawyers. Growing up in a Union household, John learned at an early age the value of hard work and perseverance. John is a graduate of Maine South High School, where he was a scholar athlete and three-time IHSA Football State Championship runner up. After graduating high school, John continued his football career playing quarterback at Lake Forest College.
Outside of his practice, John spends his time mentoring young student athletes, giving back to the legal community through various pro-bono legal projects and serves on the Young Champions Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association Chicago Rita Hayworth Gala.
